Marketing Intern



Since 1999, LTEMP has been an established distributor and manufacturing company with offices & warehouses in Shenzhen, China. Our U.S. chapter started since 2012 in San Francisco, presently we looking to expand our team in our other U.S. offices. We specialize in OEM, ODM services and offer a myriad of mobile accessories. Currently, our target market involves wholesalers, retailers, and other distributors.


LTEMP is looking for both high school and college Marketing Intern. S/he will learn how attract the attention of Mobile Accessories related businesses to LTEMP products, initiate multiple social media marketing campaigns, and work closely with the Sales team. This position will have some overlapping responsibilities as a Sales intern. Ideal candidates must exhibit a self-driven, go-getter, self-initiative spirit, and is constantly  hungry to learn and improve. This role is  ideal for both high school/college students interested in exploring a Sales/Marketing career.


  • Prospect new business through outbound calls/emailing (25 calls/day)

  • Create attractive content (Blogs, Youtube videos, Slideshows, etc)

  • Google Alerts for Potential Retail Prospects

  • Research/Collect Data on new prospect

  • Manage LTEMP Social Media Accounts

  • Coordinate with Sales Team


Technical Skills

  • Common Professional Software: learn MS Word Office, Photoshop, Google Spreadsheet (Word, PPT, Excel, etc),, etc  in order to apply towards B2B sales client

  • Research,  Planning, Organization: generate leads on prospective businesses, compose marketing initiatives based on current mobile accessories trends/events, and create timely marketing campaigns accordingly

  • Business Writing : develop the  ability to convey a point effectively and concisely when writing emails, proposals, copywriting, and marketing content, etc

  • Analytics: utilize tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, Social Media Platform data to devise strategic campaigns to reach out to prospects

  • Software Competence: potentially learn Hubspot CRM software, BigCommerce, Wholesale Central, and Social Media Platforms, etc

Soft Skills

  • Creativity:  manifest innovative approaches to capture prospective customers attention

  • Positive Attitude: the ability to maintain optimism when facing hardships or difficulty

  • Persuasive Communication: deliver compelling and convincing content when educating prospective clients about LTEMP products

  • Independence/Interdependence: can work with minimal supervision, while simultaneously coordinating with team members to accomplish a collective goal or project

  • Self-Starter Spirit: ability to contribute fresh, impactful ideas to the team and initiate action without permission


  • Ideally a current college student, business degree preferred (marketing, business administration, communications)

  • Other majors (humanities, etc) are also encouraged to apply

  • Or High School Student


  • At least 0-1 year of sale experiences, preferably B2B Sales or Marketing

  • Experience in public speaking or giving excellent presentations

  • Customer service, sales, or marketing experiences are valued


  • Commitment: Able to commit for 3-4 months full-time or 1 year part-time

  • Results Oriented: Willingness to help Sales Team reach sale goals

  • Knowledgeable: Exhibits a reasonable competence and interest in the latest Mobile Accessories and Smart-Phone trends

  • Desire/Passion : Wants to learn more about a sales career in the business of manufacture, distribution, wholesale

  • Coachable: Willingness to receive mentorship, improve via trial & error

  • Entrepreneurial: Excited and enthusiastic about learning about how to start a business

  • Self-Driven: Ability to be proactive and move towards action


  • Local SF Bay Area Applicants


  • Commission for age 18+  (High school students will receive non-monetary rewards)

  • Part-Time 20 hours minimum or Full-Time 40 hours

  • M-F 9am-1pm or 1:30pm-5:30pm, occasional weekends (Full-Time 9am-5:30pm)

  • Potentially Remote/At-Home work, occasionally office drop-ins
