Shipping & Returns
Delivery is available within all the 50 states in the United States. Shipments for orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days after the order is received. We will send you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number to your email when your order has been processed. Ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
This return policy applies to any returns, exchanges, or refunds for products sold by LTEMP Corporation.
30-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any product(s) purchased on our website or offline with our company, you can return the product(s) without a given reason within 30 days from the date you purchased the product(s).
To return any product purchased from us, please follow these instructions:
1. Contact our customer service or support team within 30 days from the date that you purchased the product(s) and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket with a pre-paid package.
2. Ensure that all returns are in the same condition from the date that you received them. This includes all accessories and external components. They should be either in new or like new condition.
3. Ensure that you pack all products in the prepaid package that you securely received from us to avoid damages during shipment.
Note: Our prepaid packages do not include insurance. If you would like to insure any returns, you will be completely responsible for these charges.
When we receive the product(s) in good condition, we will send you an email confirmation to verify receipt of the product(s). If the items are in good condition, we will credit the same payment method that you used at the time of purchase. All refunds will be credited to the same payment method used in the original transaction. We will ensure that refunds are processed within reasonable time. Refunds may take from a few to several business days to process.
Additional Return Information
LTEMP Corporation provides a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty that covers any defects to the materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. If there is a manufacturer’s defect, LTEMP Corporation will provide you with the following options:
1. Repair the purchased product for free with new or refurbished materials.
2. Replace the product with the same or similar product, which maybe a new or refurbished product.
3. Refund the full purchase price of the product.
To receive a service warranty, contact our customer service/support department within one year from the original date of purchase. Our customer service/support team will determine if a refund, replacement, or a return will be issued.
If LTEMP Corporation determines the product(s) needs to be returned or repaired, please follow the instructions provided in our 30-day return policy on how to return the product(s) to LTEMP Corporation. LTEMP Corporation will do our best to repair any defect in the product(s) that you returned within a responsible time.
If we replace the product(s), we will ship the replacement product with a prepaid package for you to return the defective product. If you do not return the defective product to LTEMP Corporation within 20 days from the date on the receipt, LTEMP Corporation will charge you the full purchase price of the product plus any applicable taxes and fees.
Restocking Fees: LTEMP Corporation has the sole discretion of assessing a restocking fee on returns. Restocking fees are assessed at a rate of 25% of the product cost or $3.00, whichever is greater.
